The data you provide us with through the contact form are processed for the purpose of dealing with queries made regarding general information, quotes or bookings and, if you authorise it and give your consent, to contact you by the means provided to inform you about Agro de Bazán products and services.

The data you provide us with through the web user registration form are processed in order to manage your registration and to be able to enjoy all the services of the website as well as to process the information related to the purchase processes in our shop. In the event that you make purchases in our shop, your contact details may be used to send communications by telematic means about products and services similar to those contracted in accordance with article 21.2 of Law 34/2002.

The data provided in the newsletter subscription are processed in order to keep you informed of our products, services and news.
The data you provide us with through the membership registration form are processed in order to process your registration and to be able to enjoy the benefits associated with your account by sending communications of interest to you about products, services and promotions.

All our forms use appropriate encryption techniques.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT?

In the case of data received through the contact form, they will be kept for at least 12 months, unless you authorise the sending of commercial communications in which case they will be kept as long as you do not tell us otherwise. In the event that you make a reservation or accept a quote, the information will be kept for 5 years associated with the service provided.

In the case of data received through the user registration form, it will be kept for at least 5 years from the user’s last interaction on the website.

Data relating to purchase processes in our shop (both transaction records and payment data) will be retained for at least 5 years.

The data recorded in the newsletter service will be retained as long as they are not cancelled by the user.

After the specified time periods have elapsed, your data will be destroyed by means that ensure that no information can be recovered.

 

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS JUSTIFYING THE DATA PROCESSING?

In the case of data collected through the contact form, membership registration or the newsletter service, the legal basis for processing is to comply with a request made by the data subject based on his or her consent.

In the case of the processing of data collected through the user registration form and those relating to online purchases, the legal basis for the processing is to fulfil a service provision requested by the data subject and the performance of a contract.

In the case of information collected through cookies, the legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

 

TO WHOM IS YOUR DATA COMMUNICATED?

The data processing received through the data collection forms are received via email based on Microsoft 365 from Microsoft, a company that adheres to the Privacy Shield protocol and complies with the appropriate security measures. The data subject to processing may be communicated to the administrative authorities with competence in the matter in the cases provided for by law and also in cases where such communication is necessary to provide the services requested.

Our website is hosted in the European Union.

In the case of purchase processes you will be redirected to third party services for the processing of credit or debit card payments via third party payment gateways.
